At VMS, I served on the board on behalf of investors from Shriram Group of Companies, providing strategic oversight and advisory support. My primary responsibility was ensuring that the company's operations aligned with investor goals while focusing on profitability. I advised the Managing Director on key areas such as finance, quality, and plant operations, which strengthened my understanding of both operational and strategic management. One of my key contributions was in food processing, where I helped improve both efficiency and profitability.
