Many Managers have common belief that if they pay more, their team members would be Happy and Satisfied. The productivity would increase if we pay more. The video in link give great thought on this. Most of us have converted our team members as "resources" which are meant to be used reused and declared "waste" or "scrap" once their utility is over. Human being are different.
