Hiring Rock Star

I have been hearing Rock Star performers off late. I somehow have developed liking for this term. They are normally outliers in terms of performance. This article was very good and gave some tips on hiring Rock Star.

Picking up smarter than you and people with diverse background are my favorites. I always look for these while shortlisting and interviewing candidates.
