Excellent point made by the author. While most initiatives and improvement in an organization is about commonsense, a few aspects in most of these "labeled" implement tools or methods provide to bring out commonsense systematically are

1. Tools do help in activating the power of commonsense.

2. These approaches also help in bring about changes in faster pace.

3. These approaches also help in institutionalisation of learning and improvements.

The problems with relying on commonsense are

1. They appear when it strikes not when you need

2. They are owned by individuals and in today\'s would ever you have large number of employees who are on move, the sustaining the gain and learning for future is challengeOperations Improvement: Common Sense is thy Name!
