Threads of Excellence

A conference where the reputed leaders and professionals spoke about excellence in various aspects of business .

There are large numbers of excellence models globally. Some of them are

1. Deming Award

2.Malcolm Baldridge Award

3. EFQM

Excellence Models do not create matured processes to the excellence journey by itself. Often, people learn excellence recursively. Recursive learning often is learning based on repeated practice and does not help in growing ecosystem. Ecosystem grows in non-linear way.

We need to "adapt" excellence models, not "adopt".  The true excellence journey requires a culture that supports it.
